The divisional round of the NFL postseason is officially underway, and it started with a familiar face picking up a win. The Kansas City Chiefs advanced to the AFC Championship by beating the Houston Texans 23-14 on Saturday.

Of the teams that haven’t won a Super Bowl in NFL history, a whopping five of them are in the 2025 playoffs, so who knows? It’s possible we’ll see it happen this year, and that would be incredible for their fanbases and the rest of the league.

Lions earn the No. 28 selection in the 2025 NFL Draft with the loss in the NFC Divisional Round to the Commanders

The Lions will pick 28th in the first round of the NFL Draft as part of the six picks they currently possess for the event, which will be held April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. General manager Brad Holmes does not currently have selections in the third or fifth rounds, as those were dealt in order to acquire other talent.

The Lions' season ended in crushing fashion, and despite the team winning 15 games, the talk this offseason will be about how the team can get better.
