A washed-out Guadalupe River appeared stuck in time nearly two weeks after the catastrophe. Large trees laid on their sides and remnants of debris lingered throughout what was left. Some residents of the area say it's unlike anything they've seen in the river before.

Jason Allen spoke with a local pastor in Kerrville, Texas, as searchers there continue to look for the missing victims of the July Fourth floods.

Search teams are still working their way up and down the Guadalupe River in Texas as they try to find the more than 100 people still missing. Jason Allen reports and Lonnie Quinn has a look at the flooding that was seen in the Northeast Monday night.
