Minnesota Lynx star and WNBA MVP frontrunner Napheesa Collier will remain out for her team's game against the Atlanta Dream on Thursday. Collier, who has not played since Aug. 2 due to a sprained right ankle, was initially upgraded to questionable for Thursday, and is closing in on a return.

The Minnesota Lynx currently hold No. 1 position in the WNBA standings with an impressive 28-5 record. The Lynx hold the league's No. 1 spot in large part due to the stellar play of MVP frontrunner Napheesa Collier.

The Atlanta Dream and Minnesota Lynx are set to face off on Thursday night. After stringing together a six-game winning streak, the Dream have lost two of thei
