Former Days of Our Lives star Casey Deidrick (ex-Chad DiMera) was arrested on allegations of assaulting his girlfriend and also taking her cell phone on Sunday in Tennessee, per TMZ.

Deidrick was released from Davidson County Sheriff’s Office at 3:30 a.m. on February 3 after posting a $2,500 bond. His hearing is schedule for February 24 at a Davidson County court.
