Chicago native Chef Lamar Moore is collaborating with Kinzie Chophouse. As part of their ongoing guest chef series, Chef Moore will be collaborating with the Kinzie Chophouse staff on November 14th.

Moore was first introduced to the Hermitage when the retreat’s co-founder, Patricia Caswell, reached out to Café Evergreen in Nokomis, where Moore was working at the time.
