The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says an estimated 44,600 units are being recalled. Officials say Mr. Christmas “Wireless Decorative Tree Light Controllers” are covered by the recall.

Mr. Christmas LLC, of Memphis, Tennessee has recalled around 44,600 of the light controllers after 10 were reported overheating and one caught fire, according to the CPSC announcement.
