According to hospital officials, a one-ounce container of a chemical known as Buckley’s Formocresol was dropped around 10 a.m. in a dental clinic exam room.

Ms Lee said she began the treatment two days later and during the treatment the dentist put medication called Dental Formocresol on to Ms Lee's tongue. The woman claimed that her tongue was painful.
