A man was found fatally shot in a vehicle in St. Paul. Police responded about 10 p.m. to reports of shots fired in the West Seventh neighborhood, in the 100 block of Oneida Street, and located the victim.

St. Paul police say a man was shot to death Jan. 31 in the city’s Payne-Phalen neighborhood. Officers arrived on the 900 block of York Avenue at about 2:25 p.m. Saturday after getting a call about a shooting.
