The nominations for the 98th Academy Awards were announced Thursday morning.

“One Battle After Another,” which was the most awarded film at this year’s Golden Globes, received the most nominations on Tuesday for this year’s EE BAFTA Film Awards, commonly known as the BAFTAs.

Other stars to be recognised include two actors who were notably absent from the Oscar nominations - Chase Infiniti and Paul Mescal.
