According to the Tigers, they're bringing Chafin back on a minor league contract and are inviting him to spring training.
The Detroit Tigers signed free-agent left-hander Andrew Chafin to a minor-league deal on Monday that includes a non-roster invite to major-league spring training. Chafin began last year with the Tigers but also spent time with the Texas Rangers.
