The Talofofo diesel unit 2 also returned to service on Wednesday, providing 4 MW of capacity to the IWPS after not being available for several months, GPA said.

At 11:43 a.m., additional generator units began to come online to support the Island-Wide Power System, IWPS. By 12:06 p.m., all affected feeders had been restored, GPA said.
