Sara Rivers, former member and star of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Making The Band 2 show, has accused the disgraced music mogul of sexual harassment and more. The new court filings obtained by HipHopDX came just ahead of New York City’s Gender Motivated Violence Act’s “lookback window” coming to an end on Friday (Feb. 28).

The lawsuit also names MTV, Viacom, and several former Bad Boy Entertainment employees, including Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs, and his former assistant, Fonzworth Bentley. Rivers accuses Diddy of intentionally sabotaging her career by dismantling Da Band while allegedly keeping most of her earnings from the show.
