Lopez and Affleck bought the home in May of 2023, less than a year after tying the knot. The “Jenny From the Block” singer and the “Fargo” star paid $60.85 million for the 5-acre property, which resides in the gated Beverly Hills community of Wallingford Estates.

Lopez and Affleck purchased the Beverly Hills dwelling in May 2023, but just one year later they had split and listed it once again.

The former couple’s strategic financial move comes nearly a year after Lopez filed to officially call it quits in August 2024.
