The last time Delaware's ocean beaches were replenished, all at once, was in 2023. Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany and South Bethany beaches were scheduled for replenishment in the current federal fiscal year (October-September), but funding was not appropriated by Congress, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers spokesman Ed Voigt said.
