The Jets acquired Harrison Phillips from Minnesota, sources told ESPN, their second trade of the day for a defensive tackle after they added Jowon Briggs from the Browns.

The Vikings parted with the 2027 seventh-rounder. The Jets completed the agreement with 2026 and 2027 sixth-rounders. Minnesota agreed to take on $3.7 million of Phillips’s salary as part of the compensation.

Glenn is a first-time head coach and a longtime assistant who has played for Bill Parcells and coached under Sean Payton and Dan Campbell, among others, while working his way from being a player for 15 NFL seasons to being a leader on the sideline.
