A pair of federal lawsuits filed in San Francisco and New York this week accuse Delta Air Lines and United Airlines of misleading passengers by charging premium fees for window seats next to blank walls.

The filing against Delta, which is available online from Courthouse News, claims that the number of people affected could be over a million:

Delta Air Lines and United Airlines were sued on Tuesday by passengers who claimed they paid extra money to sit in “window” seats, only to find themselves placed in seats next to a blank wall.
