More evidence that Irish Water are continuing to mislead the Irish public. (we could use others words) From 2015-2018 Dublin's total water use (by households and industry combined) went DOWN by 6%. Unfortunately @IrishWater's leakage went UP by 29%, so all the savings were offset. Misleadingly, IW calls this increase in "leakage" an increase in "demand".
