The Trans-Siberian Railway is perhaps the world's most known train route that connects western Russia to eastern Russia and China. The railway starts its path in Moscow and only travels eastward while going through the Ural mountains, the steppes, the huge taiga and then finally stops in Vladivostok, a city that lies near Japan.
